Los Angeles band Truth & Salvage Co. joins us in the studio! From their website: "Genuine American Rock ‘N’ Roll with a timeless sound and interwoven lyrical storytelling". Bryan's favorite band of all time is The Black Crowes. Period. We all know this. A few weeks ago, Two Faces Radio sent your faithful co-host on a secret mission all the way to Washington, DC to interview Steve Gorman, drummer and founding member of the Crowes, and also fellow podcaster. He succeeded. We now present to you the first part of this historic interview. (We're trying to sound dramatic here... is it working?)

The first part of this podcast is Bryan and Ira providing an introduction to the interview with Steve (or as Bryan refers to him, Mr. Gorman). You'll find out how the interview came to be, and Ira breaks Bryan's balls over his initial nervousness and some notable moments during the course of the interview. Stay Tuned for Part Two!

Steve Gorman also hosts a great Sports Podcast. Check it out: http://stevegormansports.com/

Jonathan Tyler & The Northern Lights join us in the studio! We caught this great Dallas, Texas Rock 'N' Roll band opening for AC/DC in Atlanta last year, and we then saw them on Jimmy Kimmel Live in April. They have also opened for or toured with: Lynyrd Skynyrd, ZZ Top, OAR, and Kid Rock. Their latest album, Pardon Me,  was released on F-Stop/Atlantic Records and recently had songs placed on three major network TV shows including Friday Night Lights and HBO's Boardwalk Empire. One track from the album, which they also perform here, was co-written with Rich Robinson of The Black Crowes. We're glad we caught these guys now, cause they'll be too big for us soon...

Connor Christian and (most of) his band, Southern Gothic, join us in the studio! *This is a re-posted podcast that originally aired Sept. 17th, 2009. Enjoy! THIS IS PART ONE.

Eric Von Haessler from The Regular Guys show on ROCK 100.5 in Atlanta joins us in the studio!

If you live in Atlanta, you should already be familiar with Eric and The Regular Guys, but theirs is the most popular radio show in Atlanta, and one of the only great morning shows left nationwide. Eric and Larry Wachs moved the show from LA to Atlanta in the mid-90's, and have been on (and off) the air in Atlanta for over 10 years.

In this episode we discuss... a lot. Mostly the radio industry itself and where it is going, The Regular Guys, what REALLY happened when they were thrown off the air (twice!), satellite radio, podcasting, stand-up comedians, favorite guests on HIS show, and much more.

We talked so much when Eric sat down with us that we split this show into two podcasts. This is Part 1. In Part 2, we discuss music mostly. We'll have Part 2 available in a few days. Stay tuned!
